1. How do i connect to Old Novus Opiate?
- To connect to old novus opiate have a fresh install of Ultima Online. Go to our downloads page and download the nos patch. extract this file into your uo folder replacing all files. Then go to the account creation page and sign up for an account.

2. How long will it take for my account to be added to the server?
- Accounts are updated every hour.

3. I used to play here on Old Novus Opiate but I have forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do?
- Send an email to adminkix@oldnovusopiate.com with all account info you have. If you do not have any list any possible accounts email addresses, password, character names, etc. I will do my best to find your account. Chances are I will find it, but I will need some verification on the account before I turn it back over to you.

4. Does UOA work here?
- Yes UOA does work here. Go to our downloads section and download UOA. If you need help setting it up please page a GM in game.

5. I cannot login to the forums what should I do?
- Send an email to poli@oldnovusopiate.com.

6. What are the rules for the server?
- Go to our rules page. A link is located at the left side of the page.

7. Are you hiring staff?
- Staff is hired by invite only.

8. When I login the world doesnt look how it is supposed to...
- Go to our downloads section and download the NOS Patch File. Extract this file into your UO Folder replacing all files.
